Hope of Heaven for Teens is a nonprofit donor-supported website for Christian teenagers who are grieving the death of a close loved one. The mission of this site is to equip you with the resources and support to help you connect with God on your grief journey.

Our Mission and Story
Our mission at Hope of Heaven for Teens is to equip you with the resources and support to help you connect with God and other people on your grief journey. Our goal is to offer resources and content that inspire you to grow closer to God, while finding hope in His promises for the rest of your life on Earth and the life to come.

This website was first published in 2024 by a teenage girl working with Cornerstone Missionary Fellowship, a nondenominational church who supported her vision. She had experienced a lot of loneliness as she was grieving the death of one of one of her closed loved ones. This loneliness ended up bringing her closer to God. He also used it to give her a deep desire to help others in her age group.
Our team prays earnestly that you would know that you are never alone. God is always with you and even though grief is not often talked about, many teenagers do experience it.
Our Ministry
At Hope of Heaven for Teens, we provide a safe space on the internet for teens to submit their own creative work and suggest resources they have found to be helpful. In a culture that does not often discuss grief, this website is a place where we hope you will find a range of comforting and thought-provoking ways to connect with the new situations you are in the midst of navigating while remembering that you are never alone. From articles and testimonies to original artwork and resource libraries, we pray that God uses this site to speak to you and minister to you in every season of your life.
Our Invitation to You
We pray that the words and images on this website are not merely things you read and see, but that you will take some of the advice and principles you read about and apply them to your life. Let the scriptures you read on this site fill you with a sense of wonder for what God is saying to you through them.
A common cliche is that grief will either crush you or change you. This does not mean that grief will make you into a terrible or a wonderful person. It does mean that it is in grief that you find out what you truly believe and are faced with a choice: to grow closer to the Father who loves you and wants to communicate with you always or walk away from Him.
God has a plan for your life. Even when it seems like there is no possible way you can go on, know that He is by your side and will carry you through each day if you lean on Him. When you are tired and feel emotionally empty, we invite you to come here and pray that God will help you find Him no matter what the circumstances are.
