Welcome to Hope of Heaven for Teens!

Our mission is to equip you with the resources and support to connect with God on your grief journey.

It can be easy to believe the lie that you are alone as you grieve the death of a close loved one. We want you to know that you are not alone. First of all, God is always with you. Second of all, many other teens around the world are grieving too.

The articles, artwork, testimonies, and resource lists are all created and compiled by people who experienced grief as teenagers. This website is not a counseling resource, but it is a place where we can come together and remind each other and ourselves of the truths God wants us to know as we grieve.

We pray that God uses the content of this site to remind you that you are never ever alone. He loves you, has a purpose for your life, and has prepared a dwelling place for you, your loved one, and everyone who accepts the salvation He offers through Christ.

A sobbing girl in God's hands with Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, always present in times of trouble." around the image.
A cross in a stained glass or mosiac design with a heart in the middle to remind us that Jesus died because He loves us.
An animated fatherly image of Jesus hugging a girl saying 'I Know.' to remind us that He always understands what we are going through because He suffered and wept too.
Revelation 7:16-17: "Never again will they hunger. Never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat down on them, nor any scorching heat. For the Lamb at the center of throne will be their shepherd." Heaven is a place where we will not suffer emptiness or fatigue because God will fill us. This verse reminds us of that promise.

Featured around this site, you will find many Bible verse illustrations, meaningful quote designs, and powerful images.

If you love beautiful artwork, we encourage you to visit the page that features all this amazing art! Each piece was created by a user and focuses on how much God loves you.

In a testimony, one is truly looking back on all hills and valleys in their life. Everyone's journey looks different, but we all have high points and low points, points where God is so clearly providing for us and other points whereit takes all the faith and courage we have just to take another step. Reading about someone else's experience may help you understand yours as a journey that God will use to help you draw closer to Him.

God is writing your story every single day.

See how He is working in other people's grief journeys.
